Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) RUO
The American Red Cross is proud to offer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) for research use only (RUO), sourced from our extensive network of healthy donors. Our PBMC collections are meticulously processed to isolate key lymphocytes and monocytes, ensuring the integrity and viability of the cells for your research needs.

Key Features
- Processing: PBMC collections are processed in our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Lab in Philadelphia, PA, using biological safety cabinets to maintain safety and quality.
- Rapid Isolation: Mononuclear cells are isolated within two days of collection from leukopaks, using Ficoll density gradient centrifugation.
- Cryopreservation for Longevity: Isolated cells are cryopreserved with BioLife Solutions CryoStor® CS10 Freeze Media, helping cells retain functionality for extended periods.
- Customizable Testing:ÌýLeukopaks from HLA and KIR typed donors are available, allowing you to select the most suitable donors for your research applications.
- Diverse Donor Pool: Donors are sourced from our extensive network, offering a widerange of backgrounds to meet diverse research needs.
