Our PBMC collections are processed in our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Lab in Philadelphia, PA, adhering toÌýadhering to the high regulatory standards for clinical applications and therapeutic product development.

- Rapid Isolation:ÌýMononuclear cells are isolated within two days of collection from leukopaks, using Ficoll density gradient centrifugation.
- High-Quality Standards:ÌýWe minimize contamination from non-target cells like granulocytes, red blood cells, and platelets to retain the mononuclear cells' viability and effectiveness for clinical use.
- Comprehensive Testing:ÌýAll GMP products undergo sterility, endotoxin, and mycoplasma testing and conform to 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, and 1271 standards.
